Customer Service Holiday Homes Portal (all genders)

Our client is not just some online portal for the rental of holiday homes and apartments. Our client delivers real value for the landlords; including creation of the advertisement, marketing, price adjustments, communication with tenants and the organization of cleaning services. The landlord simply selects the service features to be performed by our client - and has to worry about nothing more.

Depending on the selected service modules, you (m/f/d) will be doing:

• Confirm orders, maintain master data and take care about any changes in booked services
• Stay in contact with guests regarding arrival and departure time and coordination of key collection on site
• Communication with cleaning companies and coordination of the scope of services and the time of use
• Coordination of the laundry service (bed linen, hand and kitchen towels, hygiene products)
• Processing of damage reports
• Supervision of payments, debt collection
• Marketing the property in social media environment
• Adjustment of prices according to the market environment

• Fluent in German, French, Dutch or Norwegian
