Country Marketing Manager (m/f/x) - Sweden

Your Tasks

• You act as country driver to ensure the strategic plan ultimately delivers country OKRs across the full funnel and customer journey
• You act as a driver for a marketing first approach across the entire Swedish funnel and you challenge the budget and targets based on local seasonality, tying together marketing and country targets
• You champion the voice of the local customer through all channels and drive a consistent voice (aligning local approach with global frameworks across all channels)
• You implement and amplify (and transcreate when relevant) global campaigns in local market and ensure they fit with local market dynamics (competitor, consumer need..) to create effective reach & stand out
• You develop country specific and local media campaigns/initiatives (i.e. executing global stunts in local markets) together with global team and create an integrated plan with clearly defined budget & measurable growth objectives
• You continuously look for ways to optimize performance and enhance customer experience across all channels and customer journey, challenge the global functional leaders/channel owners (pre-sales, sales, customer service, etc.)
• You be the go-to person for decisions regarding local content (creative copy, SEO), social and community, influencer marketing and partnerships ressources and you challenge the current status quo driving the market to success across all activities within the market

Your Skills

• You have already gained several years of international marketing experience and you have already led cross channel marketing campaigns
• You have a data driven- and strategic mindset but you are comfortable managing operational tasks
• You are a strategic thinker and problem solver with the ability to transform goals into actionable plans
• You are organized, even when you re not in control and you are excited to learn, grow and to help others do the same
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and Looker is a plus
• You are fluent in verbal and written Swedish and English
