Our way of working is hybrid or completely remote, so we have colleagues working from the Netherlands, Austria, Lithuania, UK and Thailand.

Tasks

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist RPO (m/f/d) at Next Force, you will be responsible for acquiring new talent for one of our RPO clients and will be responsible for managing the entire recruiting process.

This includes tasks such as:

• You carry out needs analyzes with the departments, determine the appropriate recruiting strategies, write and place job advertisements, active sourcing, screen applications and conduct job and contract interviews
• Together with your team, you optimize the recruiting processes using key figures and ensure an attractive candidate journey
• Last but not least, you support our customers in the implementation of special projects related to recruiting
• As a networker and communicator, you enjoy expanding the right talent pool and recruiting the right people for our customers
• Flexibility is very important to us: That's why we offer a home office contract

Requirements

• 2-5 years of recruiting experience
• You are enthusiastic about recruiting topics and are always up-to-date when it comes to the latest recruiting trends and methods
• Experience in prioritizing open roles
• You are able to continuously adapt your recruiting strategy as needed
• Good perseverance - You pick up where others stop
• Team spirit, very open and communicative
• High service and customer-oriented way of working
• Fluent in English, Dutch or German beneficial
