Job Description:
The Role Context:
Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsibilities for outcome and output of the country WO initiative
Expansion of Business in India - segment wise and developing accounts
Responsible to identify and implement new biz models
Maintaining the data integrity
Representing Wadhwani Foundation with stakeholders
Creating employers network in nation
Strong experience in building technology solutions, oversee the implementation of technology solutions throughout the accounts
Operate in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment with full control and responsibility of achieving objective
Skills, Qualification & Experience:
- 15+ years in operations management and leading teams
- B2C experience
- Strong background in creating systems and processes
- Strong communication skills and high EQ
- Complex problem solving and skills
- Strategic/Innovative Thinker
