What you will do
Catawiki s People Team contributes to Catawiki s continued success by hiring great people, encouraging and supporting their development, and building a healthy, productive and engaging workplace. As a team, we partner and collaborate with the business to reinforce our values of Be Passionate, Be Open, Take Ownership, Move in Sync, Be Geeky, and Delight Our Customer across the organization.
The People Operations team is the building block of our People function, with strong, robust and efficient operations we grow our partnerships with the business and create a meaningful employee experience.
As People Operations Advisor you will be responsible for the complete HR administrative process of the employee lifecycle for 800+ employees across several European countries.
You will make sure new hires receive their contract on time, are onboarded smoothly and enrolled correctly. You will also support international hires with their relocation and ensure
their transition to a new country is a pleasant one. This role is critical in driving forward the development and delivery of smooth and efficient HR operations. You will work closely with our wider HR, Recruitment, Finance and Legal teams.

Our offices and new way of working
We ve embraced an activity-based way of working, meaning our team can choose how they split their work week between home and the office, in line with our remote framework and guidelines. In locations where we have physical offices, most employees enjoy two days at the office to connect and collaborate with each other.
Our experts and sales staff in local markets work 100% remotely in most cases from home. Some key positions are hired remotely, while we also offer relocation services for colleagues needing to be closer to the office.
