- Assisting with developing a structured training program for the Compliance team
- Liaising with SMEs, content developers and platform providers to deliver, coordinating and reviewing essential training modules across the company, including agreeing content and expense
- Acting as a point of contact to answer training queries, and liaising with the training platform and other stakeholders
- Ensuring the platform is up to date regarding new starters and leavers, and ensuring tasks are assigned appropriately
- Compiling training information for management and other relevant stakeholders
- Maintaining the training calendar
- Coordinating and distributing compliance communications
