- Preparing cost Estimates for various types of projects (Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, Pipelines, Petrochemical )
- Preparing different classes of estimates (Class I to V) with an emphasis on concept stage estimates.
- prepare and work on different disciplines (Piping, HVAC, Electrical , Instrumentation, Communications, Civil and Structural)
- prepare an MTO independently from engineering based on experience and high level assessment.
- provide Bottom/Up Build type detailed estimates.
- Ensure provided estimates are properly formatted, understandable, and in sufficient detail to allow client /owners monitoring, benchmark actual performance Vs detail estimate package.
