- To manage the production flake maize, ground maize, rolled barley, mineral and supplement feeds of the requisite quality and at optimum cost by the implementation of the highest standards of production and quality and adherence to good management principles and practices. To manage the entire Ghurnatha Plant site.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in the management of Flaking plant or Feed mills.
- Knowledge of properties and quality of feed raw materials.
- Ability to operate flake plant equipment and facilities.
- Must have good man management and influencing skills and be a good communicator.
