- Manages HRIS systems, performs data entry, and ensures accuracy of data for all workforce/employee changes
- Support the development and implementation of HR programs. Implement and support policies and procedures.
- Involved in the recruitment cycle.
- Develop induction programs for new employees.
- Collates and inputs all relevant information relating to payroll on a monthly basis.
- Coordinates training and development programs and liaise with external training bodies as required.
- Prepares & maintains reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Assist in performance management processes.
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Complies with local legal requirements and prepares needed actions.
- Manage and maintain contracts, personnel files and other employee information.
- Maintain appropriate records and create tracking reports for all actions and initiatives
- Ensure appropriate security for all HR-related information.
- Assist the HR Team with ad-hoc projects and duties when required.
