Job Description

  • Identify and research potential clients
  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Coordinate with higher management to develop mutually beneficial proposals
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
  • Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed
  • Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
  • Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
  • Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business
  • Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business
  • Track, follow up and report on the status of proposal components
  • Conduct ongoing market research
  • Work with higher management on developing the pricing strategies to create rate proposals
  • Drive the end-to-end sales process
  • Prepare and submit sales contracts
  • Develop new service offerings based on detailed and documented insights of market and client needs.
  • Prospect for potential new clients and turned them into increased avenues of business.
  • Develop & negotiate strategies and positions by examining risks and potentials as well as estimating partners' needs and goals.
  • Develop and oversee marketing functions to identify key marketing strategies for successful new customer acquisition and sales growth.
  • Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • seek new business opportunities by establishing and developing relationships with potential customers.
  • Develop strong relationships with prospective clients for new opportunities while maintaining long-term trusting relationships with existing clients
  • Coordinate with management to review and improvise the relevant business development activities
  • Initiating new partnerships and possible business acquisitions
  • Collaborating with the design and production teams to ensure that contracted product specifications are executed on time and as agreed
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Perform lead generation and business intelligence
  • Develop & negotiate strategies and positions by examining risks and potentials as well as estimating partners' needs and goals.
  • Report to the higher management the monthly achievements based on the targets and short-long-term plans
