- Provide charismatic leadership and dynamic management for the Food & Beverage Division and integrate its functions in support of the hotel. Focus on thorough people development together with long-term growth and profitability of the department, division, and Hotel. As a member of the Planning Committee this position is also responsible to assist with and make decisions that govern all aspects of Hotel operations.The primary responsibilities for this position are to ensure our guests receive the highest level of service and food quality, train, develop and manage a large and diverse team, devise and monitor an annual budget, control labour and operating expenses and develop relationships with guests, key suppliers, and industry associates.
