Senior Architect Engineer - remote

• Architecture Engineer good experience Shop drawing & Site supervision and Management
• Manage, design, develop, create projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner
• Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other)
• Carry out technical specifications and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications.
• Assess potential risks, materials and costs
• Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies
• Handle over the resulting structures and services for use
• Monitor progress and compile reports in project status

Job Requirements

• Educational Required: B.Sc. In Architecture .
• Experience: from 05 to 07 Years Preferred specialist in finishes residential villas
• Computer Skills:Preferred Very Good ( AutoCAD & Microsoft office package )
• Preferred Place of residence near New Cairo.
• Good technical background. (Preferred Specific in high End finishes residential villas)
• Must have analytical and negotiation skills.
• Able to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
