Skills & Competencies
Knowledge of baking techniques (mixing proofing baking decorating).
Ability to work with precision and attention to detail.
Creativity in developing new baked products.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
Qualifications
Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or Baking preferred.
Prior experience in bakery operations is an advantage.
Passion for baking and willingness to learn new techniques.
