Acquisition Lead

What youll do:

● Work with City Manager to break acquisition target per agent & area.

● Work on mapping softwares to assign City areas to Acquisition agents.

● Track inputs of Agents & ensure 100% coverage is happening streetwise.

● Track health of acquisitions to ensure no duplication or fake acquisition.

● Give visibility of top KPIs to Agents & Supervisors and prioritize actions.

● Conduct weekly team meeting to repeat company priorities & get team feedback.

Requirements

Ideal candidate should have:

● +3 years of relevant experience.

● Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field.

● Fluency in English. Arabic language skills are an advantage.

● Candidate must be present in KSA.
