What Youll Do

The HSE Supervisor is responsible for implementing monitoring and continuously improving Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) procedures across the manufacturing site. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with legal and company standards while actively promoting a strong safety culture through engagement training and leadership. The HSE Supervisor works closely with production maintenance and management teams to prevent incidents reduce risks and embed safe behaviors at all levels of the organization. Key Responsibilities Implement and enforce HSE policies procedures and safe work systems in line with regulatory and corporate requirements. Monitor day-to-day manufacturing operations to ensure full compliance with HSE standards and internal procedures. Conduct regular workplace inspections risk assessments and job safety analyses ensuring corrective actions are implemented and followed up. Lead safety awareness initiatives toolbox talks and campaigns to strengthen site-wide safety culture. Provide HSE induction and ongoing training to employees contractors and visitors. Investigate accidents incidents and near misses; identify root causes and implement preventive measures. Track HSE performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for site management. Support emergency preparedness drills and response activities. Act as a role model for safe behavior and actively engage employees to encourage reporting of unsafe conditions and improvement ideas. Participate in audits and inspections by internal teams or external authorities and ensure timely closure of findings.
