Job Title: Administrator – Facilities Management
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrator with experience in Facilities Management (FM) to support daily administrative and operational functions. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination of facility activities maintain records and assist in managing vendors and service requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Facilities Management team
- Coordinate maintenance requests and track work orders
- Maintain records of facility operations contracts and service reports
- Liaise with vendors contractors and internal departments
- Assist in scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Monitor inventory of office and facility supplies
- Prepare reports documentation and compliance records
- Ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration Engineering or related field
- Minimum 7 years of total work experience
- At least 3 years of experience in Facilities Management (FM)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word Outlook)
- Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred:
- Experience working in large facilities corporate offices or industrial environments
- Familiarity with CAFM systems or maintenance tracking tools
- Knowledge of basic facility operations and vendor management
