About the Role:
Were looking for a motivated Junior System Administrator to join our team at Bayantech. This is a great opportunity for someone at the early stage of their career whos eager to learn grow and gain hands-on experience in managing IT systems and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in installing configuring and maintaining servers and systems
- Monitor system performance and report any issues
- Provide technical support to employees and troubleshoot basic IT problems
- Support user account management (creation access permissions)
- Help maintain system security backups and updates
- Document processes and system configurations
- Collaborate with the IT team on ongoing projects and improvements
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or a related field
- 12 years of experience in IT support or system administration
- Basic knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals
- Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
