We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cluster General Manager in Ritadh Saudi Arabia. As the Cluster General Manager of Novotel & Mercure Alanoud hotel this pivotal role requires a visionary leader who can drive operational excellence financial performance and guest satisfaction across multiple properties.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to maximise revenue profitability and market share for all properties within the cluster
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple hotels ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional guest experiences
- Lead and inspire a diverse team of hotel managers and staff fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Manage financial performance including budgeting forecasting and cost control measures
- Drive sales and marketing initiatives to increase occupancy rates and revenue per available room (RevPAR)
- Ensure compliance with brand standards local regulations and company policies across all properties
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including owners corporate leadership and local authorities
- Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Oversee property maintenance renovations and capital improvement projects
- Manage crisis situations and develop contingency plans to mitigate risks
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or related field; Masters degree preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in hospitality management with a proven track record of success in cluster or multi-property management roles
- Demonstrated expertise in financial management including budgeting forecasting and P&L responsibility
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
- Excellent strategic planning and execution capabilities
- Proven ability to drive operational excellence and consistently exceed guest expectations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- In-depth knowledge of the luxury hospitality market and current industry trends
- Experience with revenue management and optimization strategies
- Proficiency in hotel management software and systems
- Familiarity with Middle Eastern culture and business practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia
