What youll be doing:
- Work with your team to spot opportunities and solve real user problems.
- Partner with PMs engineers and other designers to shape great solutions.
- Run research map user journeys and bring ideas to life with prototypes.
- Design clear engaging experiences that drive onboarding adoption and retention.
- Help keep our design system consistent and evolving.
- Share ideas test fast and keep improving how we design at Sana.
Qualifications :
What youll bring
- 5 years of product design experience with a strong portfolio.
- Experience shipping for both desktop and mobile.
- Comfortable with user research usability testing and using data to improve designs.
- Strong service design mindset comfortable navigating B2B complexity and multi-actor journeys across roles touchpoints and systems.
- Ability to translate business goals into intuitive scalable design solutions.
- Hands-on with analytics tools (Amplitude GA Mixpanel etc.).
- Curious and experimental mindset: quick to sketch test and learn.
- Experience leading workshops and bringing different voices into the process.
- Use AI tools naturally as part of your workflow.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
