Automation & Workflow Development
- Support the design build and maintenance of Power Automate workflows following defined governance and quality standards
- Implement logic such as conditions approvals notifications and exception handling
- Assist in troubleshooting optimizing and improving existing automations
Data & Platform Support
- Create and manage SharePoint lists and libraries including metadata views and permissions
- Support data validation structure consistency and lifecycle management
- Assist in documentation and approval workflows
Application & Interface Support
- Contribute to simple Power Apps (Canvas Apps) development under guidance
- Apply form logic validation rules and user guidance to improve usability
- Ensure consistency with agreed UI and data standards
Testing Documentation & Continuous Improvement
- Support testing activities (UAT regression testing) and issue resolution
- Document automation logic assumptions and changes clearly
- Actively suggests improvements to processes performance and user experience
Qualifications :
- Education: Bachelors degree in:
- Computer Engineering
- Software Engineering
- Information Systems
- Computer Science
- Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering (with programming exposure)
- Fresh graduate or up to 12 years of experience
- Prior exposure to Power Platform automation or workflow tools is a plus but not mandatory
- Technical Skills (Foundational Level Expected)
- Basic programming concepts (logic conditions variables)
- Understanding of structured data (tables fields relationships)
- Comfortable working with Excel and structured datasets
- Basic awareness of JSON and cloud-based systems is an advantage
