Mixologist

Sofitel Bahrain Zallaq Thalassa Sea & Spa is looking for a creative and passionate Mixologist to join our Food & Beverage team and elevate our guest beverage experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and serve innovative cocktails in line with brand standards

• Develop signature drinks and seasonal cocktail menus

• Ensure consistent quality presentation and taste of beverages

• Engage with guests providing personalized recommendations

• Maintain cleanliness hygiene and organization of the bar

• Control stock levels and minimize wastage

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a luxury hotel or high-end bar

• Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails

• Passion for creativity and guest interaction

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Flexible to work evenings weekends and public holidays
