We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team in Jeddah Saudi Arabia. As a Spa Supervisor you will play a crucial role in managing the daytoday operations of our luxury spa facility ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service.

Oversee and coordinate all spa operations including treatment bookings staff scheduling and facility management
Ensure adherence to spa policies and standard operating procedures
Train coach and mentor spa staff to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain professional standards
Manage inventory of spa products and supplies placing orders as needed
Implement and support strategic initiatives to enhance the spas offerings and overall guest experience
Monitor and maintain the cleanliness safety and functionality of all spa areas and equipment
Handle guest inquiries feedback and concerns promptly and professionally
Collaborate with other departments to promote spa services and create integrated wellness experiences
Analyze spa performance metrics and implement improvements to increase efficiency and profitability
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance the spas services and operations

Qualifications :

Minimum of 12 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within the spa or wellness industry
Indepth knowledge of spa treatments therapies and wellness practices
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to train and motivate staff
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Customer serviceoriented with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
Proficiency in spa management software and basic computer applications
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Detailoriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Experience in luxury hotel or resort operations is highly preferred
Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to spa operations
Demonstrated ability to handle budgets and financial reporting
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
