Element8 is looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Designer to craft visually engaging content for various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of branding social media trends and digital storytelling to enhance our online presence.

Key Responsibilities

Design highquality graphics illustrations and animations for social media platforms (Instagram Facebook LinkedIn Twitter TikTok etc..

Develop engaging visual content that aligns with the companys brand identity and marketing goals.

Create eyecatching banners reels stories and video content to drive engagement.

Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns.

Stay updated on design trends social media trends and platform algorithms to optimize content.

Ensure brand consistency across all social media visuals and digital assets.

Work on motion graphics and video editing for shortform content.

Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fastpaced environment.

Requirements

4 years of experience as a Social Media Designer Graphic Designer or similar role.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator After Effects Premiere Pro).
Strong knowledge of social media platforms trends and best practices.
Experience in motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
Ability to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
Strong understanding of branding typography and color theory.
Experience with Canva Figma or other design tools is a plus.
Ability to adapt designs to different audiences and social media formats.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with UI/UX design for social media landing pages.
Knowledge of AIpowered design tools.
Experience working with marketing and advertising teams.
