Job Description
- An Entertainment Director orchestrates engaging events and performances managing all aspects from concept development to . Responsibilities include talent booking budgeting and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Develop and oversee entertainment programs and events that align with the companys brand and target audience
- Hire train and manage a team of performers and staff
Negotiate contracts with performers and vendors to ensure costeffective entertainment options - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote entertainment offerings and increase revenue
- Manage budgets and expenses related to entertainment programs and events
- Ensure compliance with all laws regulations and safety standards related to entertainment
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and make recommendations for new and innovative entertainment ideas
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise with performers staff or guests during events
- Strong leadership skills
- Experience in event planning and organization
- Knowledge of the entertainment industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Creativity and innovation in developing ideas and concepts
- Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively

Qualifications :
Strong leadership skills
Experience in event planning and organization
Knowledge of the entertainment industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Creativity and innovation in developing ideas and concepts
Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
Flexibility and availability to work evenings weekends and holidays
