We are currently working with a global leader in the biotech sector to recruit a Finance Director Gulf & Saudi. This highprofile position will lead the financial strategy and operations across the region ensuring business growth financial compliance and profitability while optimizing performance and driving strategic initiatives.
What Youll be Doing
- Lead financial planning budgeting and forecasting for Gulf & Saudi operations.
- Provide strategic financial insights to senior leadership to support business growth and expansion.
- Oversee cost control cash flow management and financial risk assessment to ensure a strong financial position.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations financial reporting standards and governance policies.
- Work closely with commercial teams to maximize revenue improve margins and drive financial efficiency.
- Manage and develop a highperforming finance team ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and best practices.
Who You Are
- 10 years of finance leadership experience ideally within a multinational pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
- Strong expertise in financial planning & analysis risk management and compliance.
- Proven experience managing financial operations across Saudi Arabia and the Gulf.
- A strategic thinker with excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- CPA ACCA CMA or MBA in Finance preferred.
