We are looking for an experienced L2 Application Support Engineer to join our team and provide advanced technical support for our business-critical this role you will serve as the bridge between Level 1 support and development teams troubleshooting complex issues ensuring system stability and delivering excellent service to end users.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- 4 years of experience in application support or related technical role.
- Strong understanding of web applications databases (SQL/Oracle) and APIs.
- Familiarity with log analysis tools (e.g. Kibana Splunk) and monitoring tools.
- Experience with ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow Jira Service Management).
- Basic scripting knowledge (e.g. PowerShell Bash Python) is a plus.
- Strong analytical troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Knowledge of ITIL practices and incident/problem/change management is preferred
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS Azure) and containerized environments is preferred
- Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments is preferred
