Location: Bahrain (onsite)
Age: 2539 years
Joining ticket will be provided by the company
Starting basic salary: BD140 Accommodation allowance:BD40 Food(Not Included)
Commission (Available)
Working Hrs: 48 working hours per week OT (when required)
Basic salary to be increased to BD60 after 6 months based on performance
30 days annual leave per year ticket every 2 years
Employment visa provided by the company Medical insurance transportation provided for the close areas
Job Summary:
Our client is looking for a highly motivated and resultsdriven Van Salesman to sell their products to customers . The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets managing relationships with customers and maintaining the companys vehicle.
Key Responsibilities:
Sell FMCG products to customers achieving sales targets and expanding the customer base
Manage relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Maintain the companys vehicle ensuring it is clean tidy and in good working condition
Conduct daily pretrip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is roadworthy
Load and unload products from the vehicle ensuring accurate and efficient delivery
Collect payments from customers and reconcile sales receipts
Provide excellent customer service responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and share best practices
Requirements:
High School Certificate
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales preferably in the FMCG industry
GCC Valid Light Driving License is a must
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical ability to lift and carry heavy products
Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling
Service Charge to be charged from Candidate upon confirmation from employer. (Applicable only to this job post)
