The SMB Representative will support by following up on leads preparing quotations and keeping all trackers updated. The role includes providing basic market and competitor insights.
Skills Required:
Good communication able to follow up with customers and present updates clearly.
Basic Excel skills ability to make simple dashboards charts and trackers.
Attention to detail accurate in preparing quotes and maintaining logs.
Basic market awareness able to track competitor prices and compare products.
Quick learner able to adapt to tools like CRM Partner Hub or reporting sheets.
