- 8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment preferably in Engineering industry
- Proven track record of successful full-cycle recruiting
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies techniques and best practices
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software
- Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with the capacity to interact effectively with candidates and stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated experience in employer branding and social media recruiting
- Knowledge of local job market trends and competitor landscape
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
