ملخص الوظيفة

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Resort Director of Sales & Marketing to join our luxury resort in AlUla Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our executive team you will lead our sales and marketing efforts to position our resort as a premier destination in the rapidly growing Saudi Arabian tourism market.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing sales and marketing team to achieve ambitious targets
  • Create and manage annual budgets forecasts and performance metrics for all sales and marketing activities
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities with a focus on luxury travel and tourism in the Middle East
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients partners and stakeholders
  • Oversee the development and execution of innovative marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
  • Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to inform strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless guest experiences and operational excellence
  • Represent the resort at industry events trade shows and networking functions
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends in the hospitality industry and implement best practices to maintain a competitive edge

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in sales and marketing within the hospitality industry with a focus on luxury resorts or destinations
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and increasing market share in competitive environments
  • Strong understanding of the Middle Eastern tourism landscape and luxury travel market
  • Expertise in strategic planning revenue management and digital marketing
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and data analysis tools
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Demonstrated experience in budgeting forecasting and financial management
  • Adaptability to work in a dynamic multicultural environment
  • Willingness to relocate to AlUla Saudi Arabia
  • preferably with previous experience with Accor & resort experience

Additional Information :

experience is an asset
Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Fluency in English additional languages are a plus
