We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Resort Director of Sales & Marketing to join our luxury resort in AlUla Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our executive team you will lead our sales and marketing efforts to position our resort as a premier destination in the rapidly growing Saudi Arabian tourism market.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share
- Lead and inspire a high-performing sales and marketing team to achieve ambitious targets
- Create and manage annual budgets forecasts and performance metrics for all sales and marketing activities
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities with a focus on luxury travel and tourism in the Middle East
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients partners and stakeholders
- Oversee the development and execution of innovative marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to inform strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless guest experiences and operational excellence
- Represent the resort at industry events trade shows and networking functions
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in the hospitality industry and implement best practices to maintain a competitive edge
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in sales and marketing within the hospitality industry with a focus on luxury resorts or destinations
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and increasing market share in competitive environments
- Strong understanding of the Middle Eastern tourism landscape and luxury travel market
- Expertise in strategic planning revenue management and digital marketing
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and data analysis tools
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Demonstrated experience in budgeting forecasting and financial management
- Adaptability to work in a dynamic multicultural environment
- Willingness to relocate to AlUla Saudi Arabia
- preferably with previous experience with Accor & resort experience
