We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical and Engineering Manager to join our team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our leadership team you will be responsible for overseeing technical projects managing engineering teams and driving innovation in our organization.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Develop and implement technical strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Manage complex engineering projects from conception to completion ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical challenges
- Oversee budget planning and resource allocation for engineering initiatives
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including clients and vendors
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making at the executive level
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field; Masters degree in Engineering or Business Administration preferred
- Professional Engineering (PE) license is a plus
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in engineering management with a proven track record of successful project delivery
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices across relevant disciplines (e.g. mechanical electrical civil)
- Excellent project management skills including budget management and resource allocation
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate technical teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
- Experience working in a multicultural environment is advantageous
- Willingness to travel as required for project oversight and client meetings
