ملخص الوظيفة
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our front-of-house this dual-role position you will be the first point of contact for our customers both in-person and over the phone. You will be responsible for processing transactions managing take-out and phone orders and ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience that makes them eager to return.
Qualifications :
- Must Haves:
- Previous experience in a customer service cashier or food service role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear pleasant phone voice.
- Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash accurately.
- A positive can-do attitude and a genuine enjoyment of working with people.
- Reliability punctuality and a strong work ethic.
- Nice to Haves:
- Experience with a POS system.
- A passion for food especially artisan bread and pizza.
- Availability to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (e.g. cases of to-go boxes bags of retail flour).
- Ability to bend reach and stoop to access low shelves or storage.
