Key duties include setting sales targets managing and coaching a national sales team analyzing market trends identifying new business opportunities managing key client relationships and ensuring consistent sales performance across all regions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement national sales strategies set sales targets and create plans to achieve them.
- Lead coach and manage a national sales team including regional managers to meet and exceed business goals.
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and consumer demand to refine sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients distributors and partners.
- Track sales performance set key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to executive management.
- Work with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with new product launches and promotional activities.
Qualification:
- 12 years of sales experience with a significant portion in a senior leadership role and proven experience in the plastics industry / FMCG Retail / Manufacturing
- A Bachelors degree is often required with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
- Leadership - Demonstrated ability to build motivate and develop a sales team.
