Inviting applications for the role of the Accounts Receivable Cash applications specialist Senior Process Associate Arabic On site Cairo

Responsibilities:

Payment processing: Accurately apply incoming payments to customer accounts using various methods such as electronic funds transfer checks and credit card transactions
Account reconciliation: Regularly reconcile accounts to ensure all payments are correctly applied and discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly
Strong Domain knowledge for Cash applications
Collaborate with customers to resolve payment issues discrepancies or inquiries maintaining a high level of customer service
Reporting: Generate and analyze reports related to cash application activities providing insights into payment trends and account statuses.
SAP experience

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Education: Bachelors degree in finance accounting Previous experience in cash applications or accounts receivable roles is advantageous.
Skills: Strong analytical skills attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and internal teams.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
A team player and collaborator
Proficient level of English and Arabic
