- Accurately process and confirm reservations ensuring all guest preferences and requests are noted.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services facilities and local attractions to provide guests with accurate information.
- Collaborate with the front desk and other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience from booking to check-out.
- Manage and resolve any reservation-related issues or complaints effectively and efficiently.
