Job Title: Structure Fabricator
Location: Jeddah Saudi Arabia
Duty Hours: 8 Hours
Salary: Based on Experience
Job Summary:
The Structure Fabricator will be responsible for fabricating assembling and installing structural steel components used in industrial commercial and construction projects. The role requires precision in interpreting fabrication drawings strong welding and cutting skills and adherence to safety and quality standards to ensure the timely and accurate completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Interpret and work from fabrication drawings blueprints and technical sketches.
Cut bend shape and assemble metal components according to specifications.
Perform welding (MIG TIG Arc) and grinding operations to ensure quality joints and finishes.
Fabricate structural elements such as beams columns trusses platforms and frames.
Inspect completed workpieces to ensure dimensional accuracy and alignment.
Operate fabrication tools and machinery such as grinders shears plasma cutters and welding equipment.
Maintain a clean and organized work area ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Collaborate with supervisors and engineers to meet project schedules and quality requirements.
Perform preventive maintenance and report any equipment malfunctions promptly.
Follow company procedures and safety protocols strictly while working on-site or in workshops.
Essential Qualifications:
Education: Diploma / ITI Certificate in Fabrication Welding or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a structure fabricator in construction steel or industrial sectors.
Preferred: Prior Gulf experience will be an added advantage.
Skills Required:
Proficiency in reading and interpreting structural and fabrication drawings.
Strong knowledge of welding cutting and assembly techniques.
Familiarity with fabrication tools machinery and materials handling.
Good understanding of steel grades tolerances and quality standards.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
