The Early Career Training is a 6-12 months program and it is an investment in young talents where GE Vernova trains fresh graduates who meet the required criteria to perform their traineeship in a GE Vernova business. The traineeship duration varies upon business requirement and will develop the general skills of the trainee and provide on the job knowledge and technical experience. Positions requiring understanding of a concepts methods and procedures.
Job Description
What youll do:
- Significant on-the-job learning within the commercial functions and other areas of power services giving you exposure to different markets products and leaders.
- World-class training in sales leadership and business skills. Program members strengthen their commercial business and leadership skills by completing hands-on and online training.
- Work closely with the Commercial Team to support development of the overall business growth strategy including market analysis market opportunities identification and execution of the sales growth plan.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers to define the sales strategy for targeted clients and develop a thorough understanding and analysis of the core markets.
- Partner with the Proposal team in the development and compilation of proposals to meet customers and sales team requirements.
- Build and present the Risk & Opportunities analysis and the associated risk mitigation plans alongside the Sales Managers.
- Support customer negotiations; ensure deals deliver shareholder value to contribute positively to sales orders and profitability.
- Receiving formal mentoring and coaching by senior management.
What youll bring:
- Bachelors degree in STEM (Science Technology Engineering Mathematics) Majors or Business Administration:
- Strong demonstrated interest in the energy industry.
- Spoken and written fluency in English.
Eligibility Requirement:
- The legal right to work in KSA without company sponsorship or time restriction.
