ManagerJob Description & Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic SAP MM Manager to lead procurement and inventory transformation initiatives. This role demands deep functional expertise in SAP MM strong leadership capabilities and a proven track record of delivering complex SAP projects across global landscapes. The ideal candidate will drive innovation ensure process excellence and mentor a team of consultants.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP MM strategy design and delivery across implementation rollout and support projects.
- Manage procurement lifecycle including sourcing purchasing vendor evaluation and contract management.
- Oversee inventory management valuation and logistics processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams (FI SD PP WM Ariba) to ensure seamless integration.
- Drive continuous improvement and system optimization aligned with business goals.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants and associates.
- Prepare and present executive-level reports and solution roadmaps.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7 years of hands-on SAP MM experience with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong expertise in SAP MM configuration business process design and integration.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori apps is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering Supply Chain IT or related fields.
