We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Associate to join our dynamic HR team. This role requires exceptional communication skills strong organizational abilities and the agility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. As an HR Associate you will play a vital role in supporting HR operations ensuring a seamless employee experience and contributing to the overall effectiveness of our people management processes.Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external HR-related inquiries and requests providing timely and accurate assistance.
Maintain and organize physical and digital employee records with a high level of confidentiality and accuracy.
Coordinate and conduct employee orientations (HC induction) ensuring all new hire information is accurately recorded and processed.
Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes to deliver a smooth transition for employees.
Assist in preparing and issuing employment contracts in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
Liaise effectively with the regional HR team on HR matters to ensure alignment and compliance.
Support business needs by proactively addressing employee queries and concerns.
Schedule and organize meetings HR events and maintain calendars to support HR activities.
Compile analyze and submit regular reports on HR activities and metrics.
Provide support with payroll processes and assist in various HR projects and initiatives as .
Stay updated on the latest HR trends labor laws and best practices to contribute valuable insights.
Collaborate with the regional HC team to enhance programs and initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
1-2 years of hands-on experience in HR roles such as HR Specialist Coordinator or HR Administrative / Executive Assistant within reputable organizations.
Familiarity with labor laws and employment regulations.
Strong understanding of HR functions payroll practices and administrative processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all organizational levels.
Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) email communication tracking systems and HR reporting/analytics tools.
Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment.
