The Safety Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring on-site compliance with health safety and environmental (HSE) standards. This role involves implementing safety policies monitoring site activities conducting training and maintaining a zero-incident record to safeguard all personnel and project assets.
Key Responsibilities:

Implement HSE policies in accordance with Saudi Labor Law and Aramco/SABIC standards.

Conduct toolbox talks safety orientations and ongoing safety training for site personnel.

Monitor work permits PPE usage and emergency preparedness on-site.
-
Enforce safety policies to maintain a zero-incident record.
-
Collaborate with Civil Supervisors to ensure heavy equipment is operated safely.
-
Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and incident reports as required.
-
Monitor and mitigate any hazardous activities during project execution.
-
Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety standards.
-
Provide guidance and support to site teams on safe working practices.
Future Use: Can serve as HSE Officer or Safety Supervisor in any construction or contracting project.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelors degree in Safety HSE Engineering or related field.
35 years of experience in site safety supervision in construction or industrial projects.
Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and Aramco/SABIC safety standards.
Certification in OSHA NEBOSH or equivalent HSE qualifications preferred.
Excellent leadership communication and coordination skills.
Ability to identify hazards and enforce safety measures proactively.
Knowledge of PPE risk assessment emergency response and incident reporting.
