Butler

We are seeking a highly professional and detail-oriented Butler to join our esteemed team in Cairo Egypt. As a Butler in our organization you will provide exceptional personalized service to our discerning clientele ensuring their every need is met with efficiency and grace.

• Welcome and prepare for guest arrivals creating a warm and inviting atmosphere
• Offer personalized anticipatory service to meet and exceed guest expectations
• Manage administrative tasks including responding to emails preparing welcome cards and ordering amenities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests during their stay handling requests such as wake-up calls packing/unpacking and special arrangements
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of local attractions customs and services to assist guests with inquiries
• Uphold the highest standards of service quality in line with our organizations reputation
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all aspects of work
• Continuously seek opportunities to create memorable experiences for our guests

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in luxury hospitality or high-end household management
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer-focused approach
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate and fulfill guest needs with empathy and discretion
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
• In-depth knowledge of etiquette protocol and the expectations of high-end clientele
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
• Physical stamina to stand walk and carry items for extended periods
• Impeccable personal grooming and presentation
• Proficiency in using technology for guest services and administrative tasks
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise utmost discretion
• Hospitality management degree or butler certification preferred
• Familiarity with Egyptian customs and culture is advantageous
