A Marketing Manager will be responsible in assisting the Director of Marketing with Marketing/PR Planning & Execution strategies for the hotel and products.
What will I be doing
Oversees all Marketing Planning & Execution strategies for the hotel. Responsible for the development management and execution of all marketing and branding strategies including marketing budgets social media websites digital and print advertising collateral and photo/video asset creation.
Specifically you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Develops and implement marketing plans that align with business goals hotel positioning and commercial strategies.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team fostering creativity collaboration and professional growth.
- Oversee multi-channel campaigns across digital social media print partnerships and events to maximize visibility and engagement.
- Manage brand positioning and ensure all communications are consistent with Hilton standards and brand voice.
- Collaborate with Waterpark Sales Revenue F&D Spa and other operational teams to deliver integrated campaigns and promotional initiatives.
- Analyse market trends customer insights and competitor activities to identify opportunities and optimize performance.
- Build strong relationships with media agencies influencers and key stakeholders to enhance brand presence.
- Drive innovative marketing initiatives that differentiate the resort and create memorable guest experiences.
- Monitor measure and report campaign result using key performance metrics to inform strategy and decision-making.
