Responsibilities
- Monitor day-to-day vehicle utilization for safe and efficient usage of company assets.
- Oversee maintenance schedules and ensure all vehicles are serviced according to OEM company guidelines and statutory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections insurance registration fuel consumption and repairs.
- Ensures availability of proper licensing for vehicle operation on Saudi Roads.
- Monitor driver performance enforce road safety protocols and ensure compliance with traffic laws and company policies.
- Coordinate with procurement and service providers for spare parts repairs and maintenance services.
- Review and approve trip logs fuel usage reports and incident reports.
- Support incident investigations and coordinate with HSE on corrective actions and reporting.
- Propose cost-saving initiatives and fleet optimization strategies.
- Train evaluate and mentor drivers and fleet personnel.
- Prepare monthly performance reports including utilization maintenance and cost KPIs.
- Diploma or bachelors degree in mechanical engineering Automotive Technology or Logistics preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in fleet supervision maintenance or transport operations.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and fleet management practices.
- Familiarity with local traffic laws transportation regulations and vehicle documentation.
- Experience with fleet tracking software and reporting tools.
- Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage teams and resolve operational challenges under pressure.
