Our client a highly innovative technology company operating in the crypto AI and payments domains is seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to understand their IT staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Proactively source and engage passive candidates through diverse channels including online platforms social media networking events and employee referrals.
Conduct thorough candidate assessments including resume screening phone interviews and in-person interviews to evaluate technical skills experience and cultural fit.
Cultivate and maintain a strong talent pipeline nurturing relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities.
Stay abreast of industry trends emerging technologies and market dynamics to provide valuable insights to hiring managers.
Track and report key recruitment metrics to senior management providing regular updates on progress and challenges.
Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business IT or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of proven success in IT Talent Acquisition with a demonstrable track record of filling technical roles.
Deep understanding of IT roles technologies programming languages and current industry trends.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Spanish.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to secure top talent while fostering mutually beneficial outcomes.
Ability to work independently prioritize effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Please note: This is an on-site position requiring 5 days/week in the Bangkok office. Relocation package will be provided.
