We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Butler Supervisor to join our esteemed team in Jeddah Saudi Arabia. As a Butler Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the butler services in our luxury establishment ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Lead and manage a team of butlers providing guidance training and support to maintain exceptional service standards
- Develop and implement efficient work schedules and task assignments for the butler team
- Oversee the preparation and maintenance of guest rooms common areas and private spaces
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest experience
- Handle VIP guests and their specific requirements with utmost discretion and professionalism
- Manage inventory and supplies for the butler department
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly and effectively
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative service techniques
Qualifications :
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a butler or in a similar role within the luxury hospitality industry
- Proven supervisory experience in managing a team of service professionals
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests team members and other departments
- Strong leadership abilities and a talent for mentoring and developing staff
- Proficiency in household management software and MS Office suite
- Exceptional attention to detail and problemsolving skills
- Superior time management and multitasking abilities
- Indepth knowledge of etiquette protocol and luxury service standards
- Familiarity with Middle Eastern customs and etiquette is highly advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Professional butler certification is a plus
- Fluency in English required; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times
