ملخص الوظيفة
We are seeking a detailoriented and efficient Laundry Supervisor to join our team in Doha Qatar. As a Laundry Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our laundry facility ensuring highquality service and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Supervise and coordinate laundry operations ensuring adherence to hotel standards and procedures
- Manage and train laundry staff promoting a collaborative and customerfocused work environment
- Oversee the proper use and maintenance of laundry equipment and chemicals
- Maintain accurate inventory of linens uniforms and supplies
- Implement and monitor quality control processes for all laundered items
- Ensure timely distribution of clean linens and uniforms to hotel departments
- Collaborate with other departments to meet the hotels laundry needs efficiently
- Prepare and analyze productivity reports and recommend improvements
- Enforce safety and hygiene standards in the laundry facility
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly
- Participate in budget planning and cost control measures for the laundry department
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
Qualifications :
- Diploma or degree in hospitality management or related field
- 45 years of experience in laundry operations within 45 star hotels
- Proven supervisory experience in a laundry or housekeeping setting
- Indepth knowledge of industrial laundry equipment and processes
- Strong understanding of chemical usage safety protocols and environmental procedures
- Excellent inventory management and stock control skills
- Proficiency in creating and analyzing productivity reports
- Outstanding leadership and team management abilities
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
- Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written
- Detailoriented with a focus on quality and efficiency
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software relevant to laundry operations
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
