Personal Assistant to CEO

Location: Tel Aviv / Modiin / Herzliya / Raanana Area (Hybrid mix of in-person errands some remote work)

About the Role

Looking for a job thats way more than returning Amazon packages

This is it.

Im the CEO of an international influencer marketing agency and Im looking for a personal assistant to be my right-hand in Israel someone young sharp resourceful and hungry to make things happen.

Youll help me with day-to-day personal and logistical tasks but youll also get access to experiences most assistants never do from joining me at global conferences to stepping onto red carpet events in Israel.

This is the perfect role if youre ambitious love solving problems and want a front-row seat in the world of influencers celebrities and international business.

What Youll Do

Run errands (returns groceries post office picking up glasses etc.)
Handle logistics for home & office (deliveries supplies set-ups)
Deal with government-related tasks (taxes passport renewals paperwork)
Order food tech and other items as needed
Provide light support with work tasks (files follow-ups basic research)
Be flexible and available during the day for in-person or remote tasks

What Im Looking For

Fluent in both Hebrew & English
Resourceful proactive and able to figure things out independently
Positive reliable hardworking and ambitious
Based in the Tel Aviv / Modiin / Herzliya / Raanana area with flexibility to move around
Drivers license a plus (not required)

Compensation

Full-time role
Salary expected to be 8000 - 10000 NIS/month depending on experience
