Black & Grey HR is hiring for a leading engineering simulation software company in Dubai recognized as an innovation partner to toptier clients across Aerospace & Defense and Oil & Gas sectors. We are seeking a strategic and resultsoriented Account Manager to lead highvalue client relationships and deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Account Management: Lead and manage a portfolio of highvalue client accounts ensuring alignment with their business objectives and driving longterm success.
Client Relationship Building: Cultivate deep trustbased relationships with key stakeholders including Csuite executives to establish yourself as a strategic advisor and goto partner.
Opportunity Identification & Growth: Proactively identify opportunities for account growth innovation and value creation ensuring that the client s evolving needs are met.
Tailored Solutions Development: Collaborate with internal teams to design customized solutions that address client challenges and align with broader market dynamics.
Market Insight & Trends: Stay informed about industry trends market shifts and competitor activity to anticipate client needs and position the company as a thought leader in the sector.
Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead negotiations with clients ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that drive revenue growth and longterm partnership sustainability.
Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work closely with sales operations and product teams to ensure seamless execution of client strategies and solutions.
Performance Metrics & Reporting: Monitor account performance and provide regular datadriven updates to senior leadership highlighting successes risks and opportunities.


Requirements

Proven experience in strategic account management with a focus on longterm relationship building.
Strong ability to analyze and anticipate client needs and market trends.
Min 4 years of Technical sales experience and familiarity with simulation software or related industries preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to engage senior leadership.
Ability to think strategically and deliver actionable results.
