Business Development Manager to join our team in the international freight forwarding sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and supply chain solutions with a proven ability to generate new business nurture client relationships and expand our global footprint in air ocean and road freight services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across international markets in air freight ocean freight and multimodal transport.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients partners and stakeholders to drive revenue growth.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends customer needs and competitive offerings.

  • Develop customized logistics solutions and proposals in collaboration with the operations and pricing teams.

  • Negotiate commercial terms and contracts with clients and vendors.

  • Monitor sales performance KPIs and prepare regular business reports for senior management.

  • Represent the company at industry events trade shows and client meetings.

  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of global trade regulations customs compliance and freight forwarding practices.

Experience:

  • 2 years in similar Industry/MNC
  • Air Ocean custom clearance experince is mandatory.
