This full-time position will be based in El Sheikh Zayed ( Beverly Hills West Square). The Receptionist / Admin Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our daily operations.
This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
* Provide general administrative support including but not limited to managing correspondence scheduling meetings and maintaining filing systems using Microsoft office.
* Assist with arrangements including booking flights internal meetings within the organization.
* Prepare and process general reports including Top management reports.
* Maintain office supplies and equipment.
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
* Support various departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
* Manage and maintain databases and spreadsheets.
* Assist with the preparation of presentations and reports.
* Contribute to a positive and collaborative working environment.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as an administrative assistant receptionist or in a similar role.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
* Ability to multitask and priorities effectively.
* Proactive approach and ability to work independently.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality.
